Have you ever caught a muddy ball between your teeth?

Have you ever raced an out of control trolley?

Have you ever sniffed something so smelly it made you fall over?

To find out more you better pull up your socks and get into Undys on the move by Michael Wagner.

The Undys are Josh Undy and his dad, Phil. They love playing their own silly made-up games. They love to compete with each other and anyone else who wants to play, and they love to win. Some of the games they play include Trampoline Dodge Ball, Crab Racing, and the Shopping Trolley Marathon.

It's hilarious and action packed, and at the end of each chapter is a reward, a bit like a tv break, but with fun things to do and read instead of just ads. You don't have to write in the book to do the rewards. Just log on to Michaels website www.michaelwagner.com.au They are free!

Pearlie and the Fairy Queen

Pearlie and the Fairy Queen by Wendy Harmer is the tenth book in the Pearlie series.

" It's a fine spring day in Jubilee Park when Pearlie gets an unexpected visitor. A magnificent ladybird brings a regal message - the Queen of Fairyland will visit the park that very day to make a special announcement. And she wants to have supper in Pearlie's shell! Could it be that Pearlie is to be crowned Fairy of the Year?

But when those rotten rodents, Scrag and Mr Flea, tell cousin Sapphire the news, she hatches a sneaky plan that could ruin everything that Pearlie has ever dreamed of. Join Pearlie and her friends in the most magical adventure yet! "

Pearlie was having a busy day looking after the park when a ladybird appeared with a message in its little bag. The message scroll, decorated with scarlet tassels and written on silvery paper, said:'Her Majesty Queen Emerald - most magical monarch of Fairyland - will visit Jubilee Park today at dusk for a very important announcement.' How exciting! And, the ladybird said that Queen Emerald wanted to have supper with Pearlie in her famous pink shell. Even more magical!
When Opal heard about the visit she guessed that the queen planned to crown Pearlie FAIRY of the YEAR. But, of course, the naughty rats and jealous Sapphire heard about the visit and plotted to make as much trouble as possible. And they certainly did!

PEARLIE, the animation series, based on the bestselling children's book, is airing on Channel 10 every Saturday and Sunday at 7:30am! Pearlie's author Wendy Harmer will also be appearing on Celebrity Masterchef tonight!

Fantastic Mr Fox

For all you lovers of Roald Dahl books out there...look out for the movie version of Fantastic Mr Fox due for release in the January school holidays. Read the book before you see the movie. It is one of my favourite Roald Dahl books. Join Mr Fox as he fights to protect his family and his home against the 3 meanest farmers around.

"Boggis and Bunce and Bean
One fat, one short, one lean
These horrible crooks
So different in looks
Were none the less equally mean."

Stuff That Scares Your PANTS Off

"What scares you most? Spiders or sharks? Ghosts or aliens? Dentists or darkness?

This amazing book takes apart your deepest, darkest fears. With a bit of biology, a spot of psychology and oodles of lovely facts and figures, you'll learn everything there is to know about the stuff that scares your pants off.
Once you've read this book, you'll be able to look terror in the eye and make it run away whimpering. You might even want to change your middle name to "danger"!"

In "Stuff That Scares Your Pants Off! The Science Museum Book of Scary Things (and ways to avoid them)", Glenn Murphy shows us that it is OK to be scared and that there are very good reasons why we are able to feel fear. He looks closely at our most common fears, including natural disasters, predators, spiders, disease, needles, dentists, crashes, darkness, speaking in public, heights, ghosts and monsters, to show us how much of that fear isn't always really necessary. A new book by the author of "Why is Snot Green?" and "How Loud Can you Burp?"
